Terms of Use

A way to discover and save things to do for a destination and share those lists with friends. Quests and destinations are curated for inspiration — always check the current opening hours, prices, access, local rules and safety yourself before you go.

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login safe. Give accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you spot unauthorised use.

Custom items and notes you add stay yours. By adding them you give us permission to store and show them to you and to the people you choose to share a list with. Don't post content that's unlawful, infringing, or offensive — we may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Only invite or share with people you actually know, using email addresses you're allowed to use. Shared lists are visible to the people you share them with; "can edit" lets them tick items off your list.

"Open in Google Maps" and the map tiles are provided by third parties with their own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services or the places listed.

Local Quest is offered "as is" and free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features, and we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Quest isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything that happens on your trip — you travel at your own risk and are responsible for following local laws and staying safe. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using Local Quest at any time and ask us to delete your account through our contact form. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms as the app evolves; we'll update the date above when we do.
